Will is a media professional with a passion for storytelling, engaging audiences, and uncovering the stories that make people unique.

His career in broadcasting began even before graduating from the New Zealand Broadcasting School with a Bachelor of Broadcast Communications. From his early days as a Friday afternoon drive show host on Taranaki student radio and Promotions Assistant at MediaWorks Taranaki in 2006, Will has gone on to work with some of the most recognised media organisations across New Zealand and Australia.

Will’s true passion lies in sport. Over the years, he has held diverse roles across multiple platforms, sharing stories, providing commentary, and offering insights into events, athletes, competitions, matches and sporting trends—both on camera and behind the microphone.

Beyond sport, Will brings his expertise to hosting regional radio programmes, MC for events and writing business features and articles for a range of publications. His writing capabilities have also led him into communications roles in industries including oil and gas, emergency management, sport and media.

In addition to his media career, Will is actively involved in sport as a premier club and New Zealand referee, controlling domestic competition matches, further reflecting his deep commitment to the sporting community.
